General Servicing (Ad hoc / Contract)

It is important to have the air conditioning checked and serviced on a regular basis to keep your air clean and to ensure that the air conditioning is working at its optimum performance. Especially in tropical country like Singapore where its hot all year round and air-conditionings are turned on regularly.

Semi-Overhaul

If the air conditioning is not serviced on a regular basis, it can lead to dust accumulation, affect air flow circulation and its the cooling performance. Thus, a semi-overhaul is recommended.

  3. Remove front cover for washing
  4. Remove water tray to clean*
  5. Vacuum/Purging of drain pipe
  6. Remove fan blower for chemical wash
  • Restore coolness and clean air from the air-con
  • Ensure optimum energy saving performance
  • Extend equipment lifespan
  • Fix water leakage (if any) and prevent condensing unit from breaking down
  • Detect and prevent further problems that may result in replacement of a new unit

Chemical Overhaul

Can you remember when was the last time you serviced your air-con system? If you have not done any proper air-con servicing at all though your air-con is working, then it is time to do a chemical overhaul.

Scope of Work Benefits
  1. Check aircon functionality
  2. Pump down system for dismantling of fan coil
  3. Dismantle fan coil piping & drainage pipe
  4. Disassemble of fan coil for chemical wash
  5. Re-assembling of fan coil
  6. Vacuum aircon system, do test run and charge gas to optimum pressure
  • Restore coolness and clean air from the air-con
  • Ensure optimum energy saving performance
  • Extend equipment lifespan
  • Fix water leakage and condensation on pipes
  • Prevent the condensing unit from breaking down
